Radio Silence

The Internet service at our apartment chose to die this morning. Despite the fact that our landlord teaches information technology at a University in Beijing, he could not get it to work. That said, this evening we lucked upon "Logon Cafe" - a gem very near our apartment offering imported beer, a smoke-free environment, odd hours, and free WiFi. It's the perfect study/dinner location for us, as it's within walking distance of our digs. And the curried beef with rice is as good, or better, than what's offered at the Beida Canteen. Yum.

Did we mention that we passed the bar? The party is at our place on Sunday.
