On Saturday we attended a mixer put together by our classmate, Judy Lim. The evening combined students from the LL.M. programs at Qinghua and BeiDa. As you can see below, we had a banquet together, and then made our way to the Forbidden City concert hall for a performance by Japanese violinist Akiko Sawanai. You can see her perform the same piece here, when she was only 19.
