CCP, yeah you know me

Students in the LL.M. Program in Chinese Law at Peking University must write a dissertation during their second year of study. In conducting research for my forthcoming epic, I discovered a recent article by Zhu Suli, the Dean of Peking University's Law School, concerning the role of the Chinese Communist Party in the PRC Judiciary. Whether you are a student of law or simply someone interested in China, I highly recommend reading Dean Zhu's article, "Political Parties in China's Judiciary", which lays out a fairly nuanced and representative take on the role of the CCP in China.
