Yesterday was Carlos' birthday. We spent most of the evening switching mentally between English, Chinese, and Spanish, as the party featured citizens of Columbia, Mexico, Spain, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, the Congo, and the United States. The Captain is to be commended for his excellent choice in cake and beverages, and for reaching the tender age of [insert best guess here] with fluency in Spanish, Chinese, and English.

You forgot to tell your readers about the best quote of the night, from a Chilean referring to Mr. Clay Pell: "This is the worst nightmare ever: an american speaking spanish with an argentinean accent!!!"
